Requesting a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@oathofskin.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.

 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective products.
  • Contact us at hello@oathofskin.com to arrange an exchange.
  • Exchanges are processed after inspection and approval.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@oathofskin.com with photos.
  • We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
  • Do not use or dispose of damaged products until instructed.

 

6. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Oath Of Skin is not responsible for lost return shipments.
