Requesting a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us at hello@oathofskin.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective products.
- Contact us at hello@oathofskin.com to arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges are processed after inspection and approval.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@oathofskin.com with photos.
- We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund.
- Do not use or dispose of damaged products until instructed.
6. Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Oath Of Skin is not responsible for lost return shipments.
